Hidden Gem in Convenient Location

We arrived at the hotel and had some trouble finding it, as it's tucked away behind a shopping plaza. But once we found it, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is massive and designed for conferences and seminars. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great bathroom. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is right next to a shopping plaza with plenty of restaurants and shops. The location is also a short walk from the northwest corner of the old city. Despite a few minor drawbacks like thin walls and some noise from other guests, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Chiang Mai that was situated on top of a shopping center. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops right at my fingertips. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for my needs, and the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

There was one small issue during my stay, but it didn't impact my overall experience. Some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard due to thin walls, but it was manageable and didn't disrupt my stay.

The hotel is located inside the Kad Suan Kaew shopping center, making it extremely convenient for guests to access various amenities. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensures a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The lobby was a standout, beautifully decorated with different styles across each floor. the hotel was situated on top of a mall making it very convenient for shopping and dining. the hotel's Wi-Fi was reliable and strong.

The overall room conditions seemed quite old and dark, with outdated furniture and carpeting. Some rooms had issues with weak toilet flushes and unwanted smells.

the hotel was close to the hospital where we had to go, which was very convenient. Our room was clean and cozy with a nice bathroom. the staff was superb, very kind and helpful. We were happy to enjoy a good breakfast and use the fast wifi and reliable shower.

The lack of soundproofing, which made it difficult to block out noise from other guests.

At the budget-friendly hotel I stayed at during Easter, the spacious and well-decorated room was a real steal. It was great to have free Wi-Fi, clean towels, and complimentary bottled water. The hotel's convenient location right next to a shopping center made it easy to find places to eat and shop. Plus, I appreciated that taxis and tuk-tuks were easily accessible from this spot.

I'm sad to say that there were a few things that detracted from my stay. The hotel was a bit noisy due to a lack of soundproofing, so it wasn't the most peaceful option.

Great location on top of shopping center, easy access to transport, and plenty of eateries. The hotel is clean, has excellent facilities, and friendly staff.
